What is the Guesthouse Braunsteiner?
We're a charming guesthouse and the ideal place to stay for anyone who'd rather skip the anonymous hotel, hostel or motel and enjoy a quiet, idyllic break right in the heart of Böheimkirchen. All of our rooms come with cosy beds, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a shower and a toilet. In our shared kitchen you can brew your own coffee or make sandwiches for your day trip. You're also welcome to do yoga in the garden or simply soak up the sun. And of course, breakfast is available on request.
What room types are available?
The bed and breakfast Braunsteiner offers 3 different types of holiday accommodations. The smallest has a cosy room with a double bed, TV and a small bathroom with WC and shower. The medium-sized accommodation is on the upper floor and has a double bed and a single bed as well as a TV, a bathroom with WC and shower and a balcony with a view overlooking the garden. Our largest accommodation in our holiday home is also on the upper floor and consists of two rooms with a large double bed, a single bed, a pull-out couch that can sleep 2 people as well as a table and chairs. One of its highlights is the south-facing balcony. Of course, the largest holiday accommodation also comes with a TV and a bathroom with WC and shower.
Are the rooms equipped with their own bathroom/WC?
Yes, each room has a private bathroom with shower and WC.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
All three apartments at our Guesthouse Braunsteiner come with their own air conditioning unit.
Is there Wi-Fi in the guesthouse?
Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
How much is the price for an night in the bed and breakfast?
Prices for your stay depend on the season, duration and number of people. Just send us an enquiry.
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. Please make an enquiry in advance. The fee for the dog depends on its size.
When can I check in and when do I have to check out by?
Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. in the morning. Depending on availability, check-out is also possible until 12 noon if no guests are checking in the next day.
No, breakfast is only available on request. Please indicate this when you make your booking enquiry. We are happy to get back to you as soon as possible.
Am I allowed to use the shared kitchen?
Of course! The shared kitchen downstairs on the ground floor can be used by all guests of the accommodation. You can make coffee or tea or prepare a snack here. Please respect the night's rest and do not use the kitchen after 10 p.m. so as not to disturb other guests.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We kindly ask you to pay in cash after your stay.
How do I get to the accommodation by public transport?
You can easily get to Böheimkirchen by train. The B&B is about a 10-minute walk from Böheimkirchen railway station.
Yes, you can park your car outside for free.
How far is it from the Bed & Breakfast to St. Pölten and Vienna?
St. Pölten is around 10 minutes away by car. Vienna Hütteldorf is around 30 minutes away by car. You can also reach both cities easily by train.
Of course! In good weather you can use the garden and play table tennis, sunbathe on a lounger or simply enjoy a coffee in nature.
