Air conditioning in all three apartments
We take a comfortable temperature for granted. That’s why all apartments and the communal kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. This keeps the rooms at a temperature that allows you to sleep peacefully at night and concentrate during the day.
Wi-Fi that's suitable for work use as well
All apartments have free Wi-Fi—whether you’re making a video call home, binge-watching a show, or sending an email to work. It’s perfect for anyone who’s here on business and needs to write reports or upload files.
Parking right next to the guesthouse
You can park outdoors right next to the building. For anyone arriving by car—and that’s usually the case when coming via the Autobahn A1—this means: get out, grab your bag, and you’re done.
Shared kitchen for coffee and more
Make your own coffee in the communal kitchen, whip up a nice breakfast, or pack some sandwiches for your day trip. That way, you can feel a little bit at home with us.
The garden
Our garden is right in front of the house. You can just sit outside and enjoy your coffee, roll out your yoga mat in the morning, or sit in the sun. In the summer, there’s also a ping-pong table you’re welcome to use.
Small pets allowed upon request
We can sometimes accommodate small pets—it depends on which apartment is available and who else is staying in the guesthouse at the time. It’s best to check with us briefly before booking, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Charging electric cars
There are two public electric vehicle charging stations just about 200 meters away from Guesthouse Braunsteiner. From there, you can easily walk to your accommodation in 2 minutes while your car is charging.
Add to that what goes without saying
Each apartment has comfortable beds as well as a private shower and toilet. The location: right in the heart of Böheimkirchen, with direct access to the A1, between St. Pölten and Vienna.
